Money come from this transaction freeze / hold by paypal.
At this point i know that a buyer of my domain is scammer.
Words “to ensure that PayPal is secure for all users” on paypal’s email, later at the end i use to force paypal to release the money (sorry that i don’t want to share and discuss here).

What i did after i know i’m a victim of scammer.
Provide paypal all informations as per request.
Mail to undo@godaddy.com to have my domain back into my account.
I got reply from godaddy:

Thank you for contacting us. Please forward any auto-generated emails you received when the domain was changed. Also, please complete the attached Request for Undo of Change of Registrant form. Complete, sign, and return the form to us, along with the required identification. You may scan or take a digital photo of the information and email it undo@godaddy.com. Once all the required documentation has been received, we will investigate the matter and respond to you via email as quickly as possible. If all required documentation is not received within 10 days we will consider the matter closed. In the meantime we have placed a lock on the domain, which will prevent it from being further modified or transferred to a different Registrar.
Thank you,
Undo Department

I sent all related documents to godady: Request for Undo of Change of Registrant form + identity card, Auto-generated emails when the domain was changed, Auto-generated email when the domain was received, Auto-generated email GoDaddy.com Order Confirmation.
I got reply from godaddy:

We will be reinstating the domain name xxxxxxx.xxx to you. Please create a new account with a secure password. Please reply back to this email with your account number and we will move the domain name in to your new account.
Thank you,
Undo Department

And finally this email:

We have moved the domain xxxxxxx.xxx into an account with your name on it.
Please immediately update your information to current valid contacts and for security purposes please reset your password.

Finally.
I got my domain name back into my account.
I don’t want to mention and have further discussion here about the money status on my paypal.
Thanks God, thanks to GoDaddy and thanks to PayPal.
Like in the movie, at the end, who are honest and play fair will become a winner.

It’s the first day of school, and your child doesn’t know anyone.  They are scared and nervous and don’t know what to expect.  Give them some help finding friends.  If you are taking them into their classroom on the first day, introduce them to the children sitting next to them.  Teachers often put nametags on the desks so you can let your child know the names of the kids sitting by them.  After you tell them the kid’s name, ask them to repeat it back.  If your child cooperates, have them say hi to the other child and tell them their name.

Making new friends are basic social skills that get better with practice.  Help your child develop these skills in other areas such as play lands and parks.  Then when it comes time to make new friends in a classroom, your child has overcome the shyness that is associated with talking to new children.

If you have a child that is really shy, help them to meet new friends by telling other children what your child’s name is and asking for theirs.  You can then introduce the two children and try to get your child to say hello.

As your kids find new friends in their classroom, give them opportunities to play outside of school.  If possible, plan playdates for after school and take turns at each house.  Weekends might be a good time to have friends come and play.  Have a few activities available that they can do so they do not get bored.

A new trend is to make business cards for your children with their name and phone number on them.  They can give them out to friends that they would like to play with.  This is really great for small children that might not know their phone number too.
